Welcome to your weekly post about the energy of the week, what it will be like, and how to take better advantage of that energy.
Let us begin.
King of Cups:
The Sign associated with this card is Cancer.
Well, at least that is what I was taught.
The archetype is known as “Nurturing Person”
Remember when I give information, it was once given to me by others. This is not new information that I downloaded from Spirit.
This is years of meeting people, learning their signs and symbols, and applying them to my own practice.
This is just advice.
Learning the court cards can be a journey all on its own, taking years to develop our own language when they turn up in a reading.
Let us look at this card.
The man sits, with a cup in hand, looking forward.
The cup is to resemble the divine knowledge that Spirit gives to us through signs and symbols.
Sometimes they come to us through song.
Sometimes they come to us through books.
When this card shows up in a reading, we must determine who or what it is.
We begin to reach out into the Universe and seek for more information.
I know that the King of Cups can be very tough on the outside, hurt by others on his spiritual journey, they must form a protective barrier to keep Energy Vampires at bay.
They are sensitive and can feel that words spoken can be vicious, but with all water signs, we find that through communication and empathy, they begin to understand what was really spoken in the first place.
Know that the King of Cups understands where they are to go and what they are to do, for Spirit has given them the true sight to see into future.
We are to hold true to our own feeling of power and knowledge.
The King of Cups deals with intuition when facing problems but will easily shut down if they feel that they are not being acknowledged.
The Chariot, Four of Coins, The Tower:
Now that we know there is a person/energy that is ruling the week, we must try to find some sort of foundation to hold onto.
The Earth below us will move.
It will shake our house and break our windows with a great shift.
Things will fall and poor little Humpty Dumpty will have to pull himself back together again.
Movement is required in order to grow, life takes on another form, and we reserve the right to hold onto our energy.
We get to choose who we spend our time with and what that time frame looks like.
This week is about understanding what our true destination is, where we are going, and what the end will look like.
We may stumble, we may fall, but we also can pick ourself back up.
The end is never really an ending, it is a beginning of next adventure.
Remember to pick up the pieces of love and hope that have fallen to the ground, when everything around us is breaking.
Kiss the small pieces of trust and gratitude, place them back on the shelf, and send love to that memory.
This week is about feeling alone but remembering that our Ancestors are always gathered near, holding our hand, and making sure that we are reaching our full potential of light.
Send thought of love to those we care for that are far away.
Send Reiki to those that are in pain.
Send a memory of Sun and Rain to strangers across the world.
By doing this we begin a chain reaction of beauty and strength.
Until next time.
