Welcome to your weekly post about the energy of the week, what it will be like, and how to take better advantage of that energy.
Let us begin.
The Hierophant:
Sometimes you have to return to the old things in your life, in order to remember what kind of person you are, and what kind of person you wish to become.
The past is simply a reflection of what was.
It has no major hold on your current self, but there are moments when we must look back at our life, to understand the new signs and symbols set before us on our spiritual journey.
The Hierophant reminds me of the song “The Little Drummer Boy”.
Sometimes we only have a drum to play to those around us.
Like the little child, the Hierophant has only the book of wisdom.
The lessons and truth of what he has experienced.
All we have to give to the divine is our truth.
Our spirit.
Our love.
The divine states to us, “This is enough”.
To experience the joy of “being enough”.
The Hierophant is tradition, but it is knowledge of what has happened in the past.
This means that we sometimes have to return to our old self to re-evaluate our life.
To look at the things that have brought us to our current situation.
To understand them.
The Hierophant is number 5.
Change.
In the middle.
There is no fear associated with this card.
We have to accept the information that is being given.
We must take in the past and understand the lesson associated with it.
Strength, The Emperor, Five of Wands:
Maybe we forget to face the light.
We turn away from the sun and look only towards the shadow.
We struggle.
We fight.
We have a difference of opinion.
Others state to us that things look weird.
That things are different.
We stand.
We scream.
We shine.
With all the power in our spirit we burn the sludge from our aura.
We become great again.
Take charge of your path.
Mark a point on the map and claim the land.
By boat and train we travel to our new found place.
We put the pieces together, the puzzle is solved, and we understand that this is just a part of the greater picture.
One stroke.
This week contains that one stroke of beauty across the canvas of our life.
Imagine how beautiful the bigger picture will look when it is done.
When all strokes of life are put together.
When we are finally complete and whole.
Until next time.
Blessed Be,
Aaron
