I think the spirits were preparing me for the next step into my business.
I had to realize that the diet, eating, and exercise was all connected to my spirit. I was doing readings for the items around me rather then the issue of diet and exercise.
So, with a little talk with my spirit guides, I came to the agreement that I will return to writing about the energy of the week, but with a little twist.
You see I was over working myself, trying to come up with a lesson or a message from Source about the day. This was draining me of all passion to write. I started to feel like it was a job that I did not want to do anymore. I really had to step back and return to my cave (The Hermit) and think about my what I really wanted to do. I had to think about what I wanted to write about.
I started to write about my diet and what the Tarot had to say about it. This just brought me back to the beginning. The readings were about what was happening in my life. This was playing a major part in my diet and exercise plan because my surroundings were causing me to not work out. My everyday life was taking a lot out of who I was.
Now I find myself back at the beginning and how funny that the very card that is a new beginning shows up in the reading of the week.
Let us get down to business.
What is a "photo finish" word?
Glad you asked. It is a word, or phrase, that catches the moment of the whole reading. It ties it all together. It is a sum of all the cards in the reading.
This + this + this card = this word.
Easy! Well, not that easy but you get the picture.
The Fool is coming into play this week. A new beginning. Yes the card states that but what does a new beginning look like to you?
It could be the very start of a new relationship. A new move. A new job.
It could be the on coming breeze of a wonderful storm. The nervous feeling you get before the major leap into the unknown. The Fool is the very nature of our inner child. The thought that we move on a road with no knowledge of what is to come, only the thought that it will eventually work itself out.
Change is always around us. If there was no change in our life then there would be no growth.
No growth would lead us to no movement.
Like I always say:
"What happens to water that is stagnant? It begins to smell."
Do you want your soul to stink? Haha!
I doubt it.
Want to know a secret?
It happens all the time. We sometimes allow our spirit to stay stuck. To keep repeating the very thing that we dislike. To wonder why nothing is happening.
We sometimes state "But I am doing something different. I am moving sideways rather then forward."
To this I say, "Yes, but you are still moving towards the very thing that is causing you harm."
Do you always want to be hurt? In pain?
Let us look at the detail in the remaining cards.
Change is within the two 5's and the 9 is a wish fulfilled card.
The five of coins talks about change that we are not wanting to recognize. The five of cups is change we do not want to accept. This will be the given factor in our life. The pain.
Look closely at the cards. We know that change is part of life and with the movement forward from the push by the hurt and pain, it will lead us to something wonderful.
Maybe we lose sight of this knowledge. That with each new experience something wonderful is born. Even if the experience is painful. There is still something wonderful there.
I offer you the guidance of the Garnet stone that is sitting on the 9 of cups. This is power. Garnet has always felt like strength and power. I can not wear it yet as a jewelry piece but it sits on my desk as I write. This is my inspiration to keep on moving.
We must move forward through the change. One must remember that we call for this change. Every time you pray for an answer, it is a request for change from Source.
It may not come in a shiny box made of silver. Nor will it come to you with a note saying "answer received".
It may come to you burnt and shriveled. Poor in nature and dirty in looks. It may be small or it may be big. It may be a toy.
A rocket ship or a leaf. A feather or a butterfly.
It may even come right from your heart. The answer is always there. Sitting right within you.
The cards are a tool that I use to help others realize the potential of a choice. A path.
This path, if you choose to walk it, will lead to exactly what you desire.
No, not the topical desire. You know, the one that we think we may need in order for things to work out in our favor.
It is the deeper desire. The greater scheme of things. The greater lesson that we decided to take on when we chose to be born into this world, again.
Understand that this change is for the better. That this week is filled with change but it will turn out to be exactly what was needed. Just look at the 9 of cups. It is stating that we will get exactly what we need if we allow the change to take place. So, let it take place. Trust me.
Until next week my friends!
