Welcome to your weekly post about the energy of the week, what it will be like, and how to take better advantage of that energy.
Let us begin.
Eight of Swords:
We try to move within the limitations created by our doubts.
The knowledge of what may happen when steps are taken.
The swords that surround us, sitting in different positions, but spaced out in a certain sequence.
The Eight of Swords speaks to us about slow movement.
Taking our time.
Stepping forward when we are ready.
We walk with a blindfold.
Spirit whispers in our ear to move in a certain direction.
We see what will happen next in our minds eye.
The Third Eye is open.
With our hands tied behind our back, we understand that certain circumstances in our life must be calculated.
Words spoken and spells cast, we arrive at the perfect time.
When this card enters a reading, we must advise the client that not everything is obtained in a fast measure.
Sometimes we must move slowly, as if we are in water and others see us as floating, but really we are gently gliding towards our destination.
There may be obstacles all around us but we move through the field of swords without harm.
We have faith.
We put our faith in Spirit and we are guided home once again.
Knight of Cups, Ace of Swords, Page of Wands:
Since this is the last week that I will be writing an Energy of the Week, I leave you with this.
Sometimes the court cards can be a pile of shit in our tarot deck.
They cause grief and pain.
They cause us to remember the past in a certain fashion.
They remind us that people are reflections of Source.
Facets placed on the jewel of life.
Some people glimmer and some people are cracked, we must look at them as pieces of the puzzle.
Collections of memories and thoughts form in our head.
They lead us back to the beginning, broken and bruised.
We wake up from our sleep and yawn.
We contain power.
We show that power.
With spoken word, we give thought a form.
We show love to those that deserve it.
This week is about time moving forward.
Things being broken.
Lessons being learned.
Maybe it is about remembering.
Remembering to close the refrigerator door, turn the lights off at night, and take the trash out.
Then we rinse and repeat.
As we move forward in our life, we must remember that we are strong and beautiful.
Don’t take this life for granted.
Hold healing space for those who cannot.
Send gratitude to someone special.
Send love to someone unloved.
What ever we decide to do this week, do it whole hearted, with a hidden wink and crossed fingers.
Until next time.
