Welcome to your weekly post about the energy of the week, what it will be like, and how to take better advantage of that energy.
Let us begin.
Seven of Swords:
When this card comes into a reading, we think of deception and lies.
It portrays a thief coming in and stealing some of the swords in the dark of night, leaving a few behind.
Five to be exact are what they carry away. They look back to see the other two sitting close by.
To take the other two or not.
This is the feeling of loss and regret.
Let us look beyond the card. Sometimes we get greedy and we get caught up in the mix of fixing things.
Since this is a sword card, it deals with our emotion, thoughts, and communication.
A conversation taking place, but the truth not being spoken.
We think of deceit and lies because the truth is not being spoken, or an idea is being hidden in the dark.
This card can also take on the form of plots planned against us.
I don’t want to lead you down the shadow side of this card, because then that is all we will focus on, the lack of.
We look to the cards that lay around for the truth to be found.
The truth is always present and if we think that we are being lied to, then we also know what is really being said to us.
We also do not want to keep things to our self as a secret in fear that others will spoil our plans.
Bring things into the light.
If theft is taking place then know that the truth will be left behind in the process of getting out of the situation quick.
I also want to mention that this card words both ways. We also must speak our truth to others. This card is about the nature of being passive aggressive.
Even if we are to keep things in the shadow, eventually the truth will be revealed by the light of the morning sun.
Five of Coins, Four of Cups, Six of Cups:
Here we see the loss of things.
The loss of things due to holding on too tight to the past.
The week is filled with opportunities to shine and be great, but we waste them due to fear.
Maybe we were made fun of at one time for shinning our light on this world.
Maybe we were denied love at some point in a relationship and our unworthiness settled within the memory.
This week is about honesty and communication of the things we hide in the shadows.
It is time to bring them into the light.
We have been holding on to them for far too long.
They have grown roots within our heart and shaded the ground we walk upon, stopping the flowers from blooming.
Stopping our goals from blooming and receiving the nutrition needed to grow.
We have been holding on to the past and not allowing things to change.
We have been trying to stop the world from turning, in fear of only good taking place.
It is time to allow the change to take place.
The Five of Coins is talking about loss of material things, but we must look deeper into the card.
This card talks about not seeing the truth in our environment.
As we move forward there will be a point in time when we reach a road block on our journey and we must let go of the past in order to move forward. We have to let go of the things that hold us back. They may be loved ones, old lessons, or an old way of thinking.
They will not be discarded and never looked at again. The past has a funny way of returning at the most opportune time.
For right now we are to let it go, so that we can break free from our own small box, and move forward with great passion.
Until next time.
