Hello beautiful people,
Welcome to your weekly post about the energy of the week, what it will be like, and how to take better advantage of that energy.
Let us begin.

Position One: The Lesson
The Chariot = oh those crazy Major Arcana. They love to show up as “the lesson” card and give us a swift kick in the pants. They remind us that we are certainly going through a spiritual shift. That we must pay attention.
Your body is the vessel that contains the very essence of Source. Treat it kindly. Understand that taking care of your lovely body, at this very moment and time, will save you pain and heartache in the long run. Master the balance between pleasure and work.
Exercise.
Eat better.
I know that to change your eating habits can be hard, so my advice this week is to change only one food item. Pick a healthy snack or meal and stick to it. See how you feel. The Chariot is about light and dark.
Balance.
A vessel.
Movement.
Force.
Your spirit will grow no matter what you do or what you say. It will move forward with or without your consent. Your body must be willing to do the same. To change and rearrange.

Position Two, Three, and Four: The Details
Seven of Swords, Seven of Cups, The Devil = sometimes we lie to our current self about how we are truly doing. We think we are okay. We think that our body and spirit are fine, as long as nothing is hurting or in pain. The detail cards are aligning with the lesson card. They are stating the same thing. Take care of your body and do not lie about where you stand at this very moment.
What are you focusing on?
What is causing you pain?
​What do you need to give up?
The feelings and emotions that we contain within us can also bind us. They can tie our spirit to the ground and stop us from flying. We must be honest with feelings. Honest with others about what we want in the relationship.
My advice is to check in with your current self. Acknowledge your feelings. Work through them. Do not say to others “everything is great” when they are not. It is not about focusing on the bad situation. It is more about recognizing the issue that you are dealing with, coming to terms with what is being offered, making a choice, and moving forward.
Moving forward is not about forgetting the situation. It is about working through it, finding the good within, and transmuting it into love.

Awesome reading, Aaron. I've been struggling with creating healthy eating habits over the past two months. I was doing really well with the Atkins diet up until March. When March hit, I had some big changes, wasn't feeling all that hard, slipped up on my diet, and haven't had the motivation to get back to it. The food prep is the part that is most frustrating, not because it's hard, but because it's time consuming. Oh well. I just need to keep putting out the intention to have a desire to eat healthier and to get more exercise and eventually, I'll wake up one day and I'll know i'm ready to take the plunge again. Thanks for your insight. :)

Yes! That is what I had to go through and also what I am going through now. I can feel it. I am ready. Now it is just telling my body that it is time. I have been working out and I feel better but my eating habits are not so good on the weekends. I am still lying to myself and stating "just this one cheat wont hurt me" when in reality it does. Meal prep? I have a meal schedule down that keeps it to things I enjoy and can spruse up. It works and is going more towards soy, beans, turkey, chicken.

It's funny I never normally think of changing eating habits This week though That is not the case! Today somebody told me I have gained some weight I really had to think twice about my eating habits because it's true that I haven't been paying attention to what I eat. So this is Very timely that I read this today. It's always delightful reading your Insights into the week. Thank you!

Thank you Maha! I have not been paying attention to my eating habits as well. Even though the carbs are delish I have to get back on the bandwagon and take care of my beautiful self.

Thank you Tara. Sorry to hear that the past weeks have been crazy but it will surely get better soon. At least that is what the cards are stating. They better change their tune or I am going to be having a small bonfire in the back yard and they will be the kindling. Mwhahahaha! 😉
