Welcome to your weekly post about the energy of the week, what it will be like, and how to take better advantage of that energy.
Let us begin.
King of Wands:
When this card comes up in a reading, I associate it with the astrological sign known as Aries. Now a days, male and female cards are not applied. Usually I state that it is a person who has certain characteristics. It is our job as a Tarot card reader to know who the person is. Are they female with King of Wands energy?
Are they male with King of Wands energy?
Usually this person is an older person when the King is in play.
When doing a reading, we should be able to get our information from Spirit on whether it is a female or male person.
Remember a client’s mother may associate with the King of Wands by how she acts within the relationship.
She may be strong willed, a leader, or a go-getter. The King of Wands is known as “The Warrior”.
They push forward with an intent of victory.
Sometimes the intent can turn sour. They are known as the warrior, but the warrior can often times fight for the wrong reason.
Sometimes it is not about the victory but the process. The King of Wands seeks truth and fairness.
An Aries friend, who is male, would state to me that he was a “ride or die” kind of person. He goes big or goes home.
Funny how he would always find himself in a state of anxiety when he would try to change the situation to his liking.
The King of Wands can also be determined and make shit happen. They know the area of business and management. They understand how to lead a group of people. They can handle stressful situations but always strive to be the best. They are their own worst critic.
They are here to teach us to be strong. To be determined. To be great in the area of our expertise.
They push us to the limit because they can see our true potential.
Four of Wands, Queen of Cups, Seven of Coins:
Foundation.
The Scorpio. Dark Mother.
Waiting for the fruit to ripen.
The answer may be hidden within our spirit. We may not recognize it.
It may be small and dim.
There are times that we have to wait for the good stuff to happen. We may want it take place at this very moment, but things need to unfold.
We look at the Four of Wands and see “foundation”.
The building blocks of our life story.
Our childhood is within this foundation for we learn by our environment.
What we create, we become.
Even when The Tower card moves through our life, it destroys what we have built, but in the end the foundation is still left.
The Queen of Cups teaches us about feelings and ambition.
The power to feel what is really happening within our life. This is creativity moving through us and using us to put good out into the world.
The Seven of Coins is the waiting card. It states to us that we must let the fruit ripen before tasting it.
We forget the process of waiting.
It teaches us to accept the growth and maturity of our own spirit. We wait for things to take place at the right time.
It doesn’t mean we sit around and look for the exact item in our minds eye.
It may be different as it approaches from afar.
The outline may look like it but when it approaches in close view, we find that it is different. This can throw us off balance.
We will feel slighted or bamboozled by Source because we had a picture of something in our mind and it was not produced how we expected it to be.
To expect something.
Expectations will only lead to disappointment.
We expect it to be this way or that way, and when Source provides, we turn the good away because it is not what we thought it would be.
That is why a lot of spiritual teachers, state to never expect the same feeling during meditation to happen every time. Sometimes it will be subtle and other times it will be grand, but the results of expansion and growth are the same. We are still choosing to be a better person by allowing things to unfold and take place.
This week will be about allowing all of it to just happen in its own time and place.
To unfold and mature.
To ripen and be blessed.
Until next time.
Blessed Be,
Aaron
