All customers who purchase products are agreeing to any and all Terms and Conditions that are outlined below:
Customers are responsible for showing up to all readings on time. Customers are responsible for their own decisions and future. Customers must have working devices in order for the readings to take place and a refund will be given if seller deems the situation to be valid for a refund due to technical difficulty. Customers are to keep track of time and date of reading. If payment is not received three hours before any Skype or phone reading then the scheduled appointment will be cancelled. Payment is required at time of reading for all "in person" readings. Customers must call for availability and to schedule an appointment. Customers must receive confirmation from the Seller in regards to an appointment in order for the appointment to be valid. All Email readings have a turn around time of 24-48 hours.
Policy and Procedures:
Reschedule/Cancellation - Customers are responsible for canceling or rescheduling an appointment 24 hours in advance. If payment is received and customer does not cancel or shows up more than 15 minutes late to an appointment then payment will not be refunded.
Refund - A refund will be given for any service if the customer is not satisfied within the first 5 minutes of the reading. The customer will be asked if they would like to proceed. If the customer agrees then the reading will continue and payment will be expected in full. Refund for products will be given if the item is sent back to seller and received in full. A choice will be given whether customer would like a refund or an exchange for same product.
Shipping and Receiving - shipping prices are based off of postal prices and can not be negotiated. Shipping prices will be presented to customer in advance either through website or email from seller. A response will be required in order to have item sent out. If no response is received then a refund will be issued and the order will be cancelled.
